Snowy Afternoon

It's raining this morning, but last week ended beautifully. It was crisp out and everything was covered in snow. Here are some photos Eternity and Miah took before the sun set.

These are a few of Eternity's photos:

Second Edition of the Newspaper!

Our editorial team has been working very hard in partnership with our many contributors to this second edition of the newspaper. Congratulations team, it looks great! The next edition will feature more interviews, photos, a parent's page and more.

We are looking for a logo/mascot/name for WJHMHS sports teams. If you are great with drawing or design let your imagination have free reign and show us what you come up with! We'd love to show your design in the next paper.    : )

Enjoy the paper below.

Editorial Note: The joke written in The Silly Corner on page 6 was actually written by Robin Gull-Saganash. Sorry for the mix-up!

A Few New Ones

Sunbursts!

Selena and Quinton also came back to school with some photos of the glorious sun yesterday afternoon.

Quinton and Terry were on a photo hunt together, and so they found similar subjects, but came away with very different photos! The next four photos are by Quinton.

Selena also noted the great sun yesterday afternoon, but she worked on her still-life skills as well!

New Perspectives

Terry also brought back a camera filled with amazing photos. These are straight off the memory card, without editing or enhancing!

I've never seen such a lovely bag of chips before- from far away it looks like a flower.

Moody, Misty Morning

Antonio came back with some great photos of the fog the whole town woke up to this morning.
